Brigadiers, keep fitness fun and simple. Pushups are a favorite among Mascot Brigade Brigadiers and Pirates of Play. They are a great way to stay ship shape while enhancing your playground skills whether it be Basketball, Baseball, Frisbee or Free Running.
Challenge yourself to do a little more each week. Start with my favorite number, Lucky 13 and perform each morning. Add one or two pushups each week until you are up to the level of Captain which is magic number Fifty. In the video both myself and Brigadiers Heavyweight Sean Royal and Jr. Heavyweight Tim Taylor of Right Coast Pro Wrestling in Delaware teach young Brigadiers in training the value of pushups.
