Much of the current discussions on health care focus upon whether proposed plans are affordable or there is sufficient access to services. The trend will soon shift to true solutions that involve preventive measures which at the moment are rarely considered.

This trend will be a difficult challenge for most because while they naturally desire a more effective and affordable system, they now must learn how to live healthier for the outlined health care plans to be successful.

The route to healthier living is not going to be easy because for generations, we as a society, have abandoned our ancestral past, over thought and over complicated the entire concept of health. Of the many issues to be concerned of, one of the largest is obesity.

Modern society has evolved to a lifestyle that is destined for failure. To solve the problem of health care, we must recall our past, recall simplicity.

1. Make use of better Dietary Habits
2. Choose foods directly from Nature, without alteration
3. Understand how to shop for food
4. Learn the skills necessary to prepare food in a healthy manner.
5. Eliminate ‘Fast Foods’
6. Know that ‘Food’ is the most powerful drug in the world.

Naturally the by-product of such an approach will not only be radically lowered rates of obesity and improved general health but less strain on the health care system and a more productive, vibrant economy.
