Brigadiers and fellow Pirates of Play, today’s lesson is about helping you fulfill your goals in becoming a better athlete at your sport of choice. I am going to share with you the secret the successful athletes in the Mascot Brigade, Renegade FC, and Right Coast Pro Wrestling have learned to take their “game” to the next level. Are you ready……….
Thank you Delaware for the awesome reception Saturday Night as I returned to Right Coast Pro Wrestling for the first time since my injury. I want to especially thank my two young Brigadiers in training for performing alongside of me in a very special show opening at the Greater Newark Boys and Girls Club.
Mascot Coastee arrived early in anticipation for Santa Claus’ arrival at the Greater Newark Boys and Girls Club of Delaware. He worked his magic by spreading smiles among the hundreds of children waiting impatiently for the man from the North Pole to hear their wishes for this 2016 holiday season.
It was a beautiful day, and a beautiful setting as volunteers from both the Mascot Brigade and Right Coast Pro Wrestling in Delaware ventured to the St. Andrews School in Middletown Delaware for the 2016 Fall Special Olympic Games.
Brigadiers, keep fitness fun and simple. Pushups are a favorite among Mascot Brigade Brigadiers and Pirates of Play. They are a great way to stay ship shape while enhancing your playground skills whether it be Basketball, Baseball, Frisbee or Free Running.
Ahoy mates! I am Brigadier General Coastee of the Mascot Brigade and today I present to all you Brigadiers and Pirates of Play a developmental tip that will help you in all your back to the playground adventures, Focus.
Ahoy Brigadiers, While our overall message is just to go out to the playground and “play” we do have a number of Brigadiers and Pirates of Play that want to take their athletic ability to the next level. In order to do this you must establish a training plan. Your training plan should incorporate the Mascot Brigade & Renegade Concepts of Training, as well as encompass The Wheel of Conditioning presented in this R-World blog.
Adversity, your ability to overcome it is directly related to your success on the playground, adventuring the seas of opportunity in R-World or competing in the great sporting arenas and colosseums of the Right Coast. How you deal with it, how you overcome it, and how you help others overcome their own adversities defines you as a Mascot Brigade Brigadier.
Preparation, It is our fourth Mascot Brigade Rule of Conduct Be Prepared Brigadiers! Being prepared is what separates Mascot Brigade Athletes and Scholars from everyone else. Preparation is our Fourth Mascot Brigade Rule of Conduct and essential if one hopes to join the ranks of a full Brigadier. Prepared, what does it mean?
Many Pirates of Play come to Mascot Island in the hopes of becoming a Mascot Brigade Brigadier. Their interests and hobbies all differ, but one of the first lessons given before hitting seven seas is Nutrition and Diet. It is up to you to make good decisions regarding your dietary choices. First every potential Brigadier must become aware of is most of the available diet advice presented in social media is focused upon directing the public away from the facts or at least ‘common sense’, the truth of the matter is there are too many commercial interests playing into many of these diets. What we promote is a lifestyle change to reverse poor dietary habits by utilizing a simple, in-fact so refreshingly easy approach we refer to simply as “Simplicity”.
Ahoy Brigadiers and Pirates of Play, an important part of being a Brigadier within the Mascot Brigade is being a leader in your community and leading by example. The Nine MascotBrigade rules of conduct were created as a guideline to help you not only become a leader, but to aid in accomplishing your goals in life. Today we cover our third rule: Respect
Ahoy Brigadiers & Pirates of the Playground! Did you know the paradox for developing a better bench press and, ultimately, pectoral muscles starts not with the chest but the back. A strong back and stable shoulder capsule is the foundation of developing a bench press. To develop a powerful bench press, priority must be placed upon learning proper technique and developing the rear deltoids (and shoulder capsule), triceps and upper back.
Ahoy Brigadiers, and Pirates of the Playground, welcome to Mascot Coastee’s “Mascot Brigade” a fun seeking group of happy go lucky Mascots who like adventuring to playgrounds around the world to just ‘play’
Our ambassadors, aka Brigadiers, encourage kids to ‘unplug’, go outside, and head back to the playground so they can just play. We like to encourage young Brigadiers in training to make healthy eating choices, avoid sugar laden drinks, as well as study music and the arts. Hope you enjoy our site, see you on the playground.
