Ahoy mates, While traveling the seas and wonders of R-World you must remain limber and free of injury. Today we have a simple injury prevention exercise from the famed DMC™ Dojos, a favorite on Mascot Island, The Bridge. The Bridge comes to us courtesy of Renegade Training which is located in the human world known aka The Mysterious Scalene of R.
Lay on your back Keep your feet pointed straight ahead, as pictured.
Thrust your hips up, gaining a good stretch of the back, hips, quadriceps and hamstrings.
Hold the stretch for 15 seconds to start, working up over time to 1 minute.
Breathe in through your nose, and out through your mouth.
Relax for a slow count of ten, repeat.
