Ahoy mates! I am Coastee and I am back with another great ‘Back to the Playground’ Fitness Tip: The Park Bench! While performing your #MascotBrigade / Renegade Training soccer ball dribbling drills make use of those park benches. They are great for a set of dips, decline pushups, even step ups on the more sturdier benches.
As a bonus they are generally spaced perfectly apart to knock out four or five sets in a half mile. Brigadiers, as always pay attention to proper form and posture when performing fitness drills. Once completed and your fully warmed up….GO PLAY!
