Brigadiers, Keep a sharp eye out for fitness treasures that may lay hidden at your local park or playground. Pictured is a pristine set of parallel bars that I now make regular use of when I head back to the playgrounds of Mascot Island
I simply utilize my Renegade Training Dribbling Drills to navigate the distance to these beauties and proceed to ‘walk’ forward and backwards on them using my arms and not letting my feet touch the ground. In addition to being fun, this also strengthens my triceps and helps aid in shoulder stabilization which is helpful when I shoot hoops or play some baseball with fellow Mascot Brigade Brigadiers.
See you on the playgrounds of R-World, my fellow Pirates of Play, Mascot Coastee
