Adversity, your ability to overcome it is directly related to your success on the playground, adventuring the seas of opportunity in R-World or competing in the great sporting arenas and colosseums of the Right Coast. How you deal with it, how you overcome it, and how you help others overcome their own adversities defines you as a Mascot Brigade Brigadier.
Brigadiers, Keep a sharp eye out for fitness treasures that may lay hidden at your local park or playground. Pictured is a pristine set of parallel bars that I now make regular use of when I head back to the playgrounds of Mascot Island
Ahoy mates, While traveling the seas and wonders of R-World you must remain limber and free of injury. Today we have a simple injury prevention exercise from the famed DMC™ Dojos, a favorite on Mascot Island, The Bridge. The Bridge comes to us courtesy of Renegade Training which is located in the human world known aka The Mysterious Scalene of R.
Ahoy mates! I am Coastee and I am back with another great ‘Back to the Playground’ Fitness Tip: The Park Bench! While performing your #MascotBrigade / Renegade Training soccer ball dribbling drills make use of those park benches. They are great for a set of dips, decline pushups, even step ups on the more sturdier benches.
Ahoy Brigadiers & Pirates of the Playground! As we travel the seas in search of adventure I would like to pull into port and find a DMC Dojo where we can demonstrate an injury prevention tip worthy of a #MascotBrigade Approval stamp.
Whether playing on the many playgrounds of Mascot Island, exploring the unknown in the Scalene of R, or competing in various sports like soccer, wrestling, baseball or football at R-World’s Gateway on the Right Coast, a Brigadier must always be at the top of their game which means they need to be flexible and injury free. One of the easiest and most efficient methods to accomplish these tasks are Field Marshal (fancy word for coach & founder or Renegade Training International) John Davies’ RED2 lunge patterns.
