The lights dimmed, the aura turned purple, and one could not help to think of the WWE’s Undertaker as Sebastian Night’s ominous casket was placed on stage. The standing room only crowd at the RCP Arena in Newark Delaware grew silent in awe and anticipation of Right Coast Pro Wrestling’s first ever Casket Match.
The Mexican Hardcore Champion Pedro Duro, accompanied by his lawyer, were the first to examine this ominous structure and though this Lucha star displayed no visible fear in his actions, his eyes beneath his mask told a different story. Sebastian Night and Ruby Rubino were next to be introduced, visibly pleased in their choice of match stipulations on a night where every match had a Strange and unusual match stipulation associated to it at RightCoastPro.
From the moment they entered the Greater Newark Boys and Girls Club of Delaware to the match’s final bell, both Sebastian and Ruby appeared confident of the final outcome, victory. Victory did not come easily, and several times it appeared Pedro Duro would emerge victorious. Pedro did hold the advantage, up until he instructed RCP’s Head of Security Garrett Dalton to place the casket in the ring as opposed to on stage. From that point on Ruby Rubino dominated the match.
Winner by means of trapping his opponent in a casket: Ruby Rubino w/ Sebastian Night
