This was a brawl from the start as the RCP fans packed into Studio 54 (The Greater Newark Boys and Girls Club of Delaware) were robbed of Disco Dave’s beloved entrance in lieu of Contractor #1 jumping Disco Dave before he could even dance his way off the entrance ramp. Amped up from his interference in the Setsu Ginsu vs Slim Jim match, Contractor #1 was looking for quick knockout, almost to upstage Clarke Kelly’s Asian Assassin in Right Coast Pro’s standing room only Delaware Entertainment Event. One Problem….
Contractor Number One’s combative sports strategy was a sound one, except for one thing Disco Dave’s resiliency. After surviving the initial offensive, Disco Dave began to swing momentum in his favor. Contractor #1 turning the contest from a brawl to a wrestling match. Certainly not a dummy, recognized this shift and quickly called up reinforcements from the Right Coast Pro Wrestling locker room in form of Contractors Two thru Four.
Disco Dave fought bravely, but as with many battles through the ages, the strength thru numbers approach is just too hard to overcome no matter how gifted a strategist you are. But, if one goes into battle with an inkling of how things are likely to unfold, one can plan for the unpredictable. The ace up Disco Dave’s sleeve, Slim Jim.
Slim waited for the opportune moment to strike and even the odds, as well as deliver a little payback, by “helping” Contactor #1 Off the Top Rope of RCP’s squared circle. With Contractor #1 dazed, Disco Dave struck with his Shake, Rattle and Roll like swinging neck breaker.
