It starts with one and in many ways, it remains with one.
The one is the client or audience directly in front of you, engaging with you, reading your actions and eventually evaluating how they are treated. This is ‘the one’ that matters the most and reflects upon your career aspirations far more than most realise.
It comes down to a simple realisation, the best marketing of your services is not to market per se but rather ensure your audience understands you earnestly cares of their best interests. This will come in many forms and approaches but ultimately is glaringly simple; the finest marketing and brand development plan is to first focus upon your immediate audience and consistently over deliver on your promises. Quality matters.
Never lose sight that career success is not an desolate island and the only way to reach is paying great attention to ‘the one’, nurturing carefully and allowing it to grow. By allowing it grow there will come a day that you look at ‘the one’ and are awarded by a sea of ‘ones’ appreciative that they were treated as individuals and not account numbers.
To this I conclude, I am here because each of you reading helped me reach this position. There are no words that can truly express my gratitude hence please accept and simple and earnest, thank you.
